OCRDESK ticket reporting system provides you much more detailed information about ticket for analysis purpose. Our system supports “Export To Excel” functionality for exporting ticket data in excel format. Here you also have access to a range of filters that make it easier for you to decide which parameters to export.
To export your ticket data
- Log into your support portal with correct credentials.
- Go to the Report tab
- Now go to the bottom and click on “Ticket Report”.
- Set filters according your needs which data you want to export.
- Now click on “Export To Excel” button and report will be generated in excel format.
