Ticket View

  • Ticket View module of OCR Desk lets you to view all list of tickets that you are working on.

    There are various kind of ways to generate tickets in OCR Desk:-

    • By Call
    • By Email
    • By Client User login
    • By Agent User login
    • By Branch User login
    • By Company User login
    • By Customer login

  • And these various kind of ticket ways contains different attend status in the form radio button and each attend status has list of tickets which belongs to selected radio button.

    There are various kind of ways to generate tickets in OCR Desk:-

    • Pending

      Here you can see all ticket whose current status is pending and no one is assigned to the agent.

    • In Progress

      Here you can see all ticket which are already assigned to the agent and agent currently working on it.

    • Completed

      Here you can find all tickets which are completed by agent.

    • Left

      All tickets which are left by agent you can see here.

    • Re Open

      All tickets which are completed but due to some reason tickets are opened and assigned to different agent, you can see such kind of tickets here.

    For each section there are different filters present on screen on the basis you can filter your list easily.
